L Slash Heart Ranch

The L Slash Heart Ranch, now partially restored by the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area, is about 30 miles north of Lovell via Wyoming Highway 37. The gorgeous, isolated spot gives a tremendous feeling of the “Old West” character the Caroline Lockhart so loved.
