Museum of the American West

The Museum of the American West, at 1445 West Main in Lander, includes a 10-building pioneer village, rotating displays about regional history in the Coutant building and sponsors a farmers market on site Tuesday evenings from July through mid-October. Closely affiliated with the Museum of the American West is Lander's Fremont County Pioneer Museum, at 1443 West Main St. in Lander, open from 9 to 5 Monday through Saturday from June through August, and from 10 to 4 Monday through Saturday from September through May.
