Allen Chapel AME Church

The Allen Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church at 917 West 21st Street in Cheyenne is Wyoming’s oldest Black congregation. It was founded in 1878 by Lucy Phillips and others, and remains an active congregation today. Click here for more information.
